6-8 Years Old
Yoga is wonderful for children at this age as they start expressing with more words and are highly energetic. Classes are designed to provide them yoga adventures with yoga poses, challenges, partner poses, games, music and storytelling as learning to love and respect themselves and others, building confidence, developing strength and trust. It will be a well-balance physical and mental course for them, and of course with a lot of fun! |
9-11 Years Old
Simply a 60 mins yoga session as a stress-free, non-competitive, relaxing activity to learn about our mind, body and value. Bringing positivity and confidence to this age group help them to overcome challenges with a healthy mind! Classes are designed to enhance concentration, relax mind and body with interesting themes and yoga poses. |
